Women in Manufacturing

A manufacturing career at Stryten Energy provides a rewarding environment for women, offering many opportunities in a robust and growing industry that is making an impact on the world.

You may think a manufacturing environment is not for you. However, it can be a satisfying job that also offers stability, high-earning potential, flexibility and advancement. We provide training and skills development, along with a team of experienced coworkers, to help you be successful.

We pride ourselves on having a safe, supportive and respectful culture. We celebrate our accomplishments -- hitting a production goal, a service anniversary, a retirement, and even birthdays. We hold social events for employees and their families. Employees enjoy company cook-outs, a day at the local amusement park, a Halloween trunk-or-treat event and other holiday events. And we engage with our community. Whether we are in the county parade, collecting items for a needy family, or cleaning up a neighborhood, supporting our community is very important to us.

Stryten Women Have the Energy to Challenge

In October 2024, Stryten Energy’s dynamic duo of Jully Sieglaff and Amanda Elve achieved what only a handful of women across the country have ever done. They completed the week-long, off-road Rebelle Rally navigating their Jeep more than 2,500 kilometers.

The Rebelle Rally is the ultimate test of endurance, skill and teamwork. It’s the first women’s off-road navigation rally raid in the United States, across stunning yet challenging desert terrain. The Rebelle Rally focuses on precision and navigation rather than speed, requiring participants to rely solely on maps, compasses and their wits to find checkpoints scattered across the vast landscape.
