Yes! Motrex is the exclusive shared services provider to Stryten Energy. Motrex employees provide recruiting services, in addition to payroll, benefits, accounting and other support services.
Yes! Stryten offers summer internships. Use the search keyword "intern" or "co-op" to see available openings. Identifying candidates for summer internships may start as early as the fall timeframe. Some recruitment may also occur in the spring.
Stryten does not accept resumes by mail or email. Please create an online profile and apply for jobs that align with your interests and/or experience. If you do not see a job that fits, join the Talent Network.
Yes. You may submit a resume for multiple positions if you believe your experience matches the requirements specified. If you submit your resume online for multiple jobs, you will receive an electronic response/confirmation for each of the jobs.

Yes, in general, Stryten rehires former employees. However, each situation is treated on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the circumstances of the prior separation, former employees may or may not be eligible for rehire. If you are unsure as to your status, complete the application process.

Common questions and answers for suppliers seeking to partner with Stryten.
Stryten Energy works with recruiters and staffing service firms that have specialized areas of focus. Stryten only accepts resumes from search firms that have executed service agreements with Motrex LLC, the exclusive shared services provider to Stryten, and were requested to partner on a specific search. Stryten will have no obligation or liability to search firms for unsolicited referrals, even if Stryten hires the individual who was the subject of the referral.
Please be patient. We value those who partner with us effectively and return to those search firms first when a need for additional support is identified. Work with us, not around us. All communication with Stryten Energy should be directed only to human resources or talent acquisition personnel with Motrex LLC. Direct contact with hiring managers and other department personnel typically results in miscommunication and delays in the process.
Not every job opening requires search firm support. After your firm executes a services agreement – and if the job opening is in your area of expertise – human resources or talent acquisition personnel will provide a position request as needed. Position requests are sent to firms focused on recruiting candidates specific to the designated opening.
